To be eligible, your patient must be diagnosed with:
- Chronic atrial fibrillation
- Mechanical heart valve
- Venous thromboembolism (VTE) including,
- Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
- Pulmonary embolism (PE)
And meet the following criteria:
- Taking Coumadin or other oral anticoagulation
for at least 3-months and on a daily basis.
- Be able to demonstrate the correct use
of the device after training.
